Jihane Halabi

Jihane Halabi is founding partner of Halabi e Chang. Lawyer with her specialization in digital law and banking and payments regulation. Working with fintech and payments for the past 15 years, she did her specialization on FGV/SP , IBMEC and Luiss Università Internazionale Italiana.

She actively participated in initial discussions for the regulatory framework for fintechs and payments in Brazil, and works as guest professor about these themes in different schools. Jihane is part of the Ignite Mentoring Group invited by Stanford University and is a former MeLi. Currently, it actively collaborates on numerous fronts for Brazil to become a fintech nation.

Anne Chang

Founding partner, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law – University of São Paulo (Largo São Francisco – USP) and a Master’s Degree in Law, LL.M. – University of California at Berkeley, specializing in Financial Services and Market Regulation – London School of Economics – LSE.

Anne Chang is an expert in mergers, acquisitions and investments, with over 15 years of experience in international and domestic operations. She has been awarded by the US government and MIT for applied blockchain use in healthcare and is currently engaged in academic research as Executive Director of the Berkeley Global Society’s Institute of Technology and Innovation and international think tanks on technology, innovation and law.

At the same time, she is a board member at B2Mamy, a maternal entrepreneurship accelerator and mentor in several institutions, such as MentorEla and Eretz.Bio, maintained by Hospital Albert Einstein.
